I used your size guide to order my first pair of Mens Cargo Hiking Shorts Zipper Pocket but found they were way too small. I purchased the 2nd pair in good faith using your size measurements but once again the Size 40 is way too small and the shorts I have now received dont come close to fitting me. I would think that a Size 42-43 would be correct as I cannot use the second pair of shorts and now have 2 pairs that dont fit me which together have cost me over $100.00. What can you do to correct this unfortunate and inconvenient situation?

Ordered same size as other 3 pants. This is the only one that was too tight.
