I probably could have gone down a size but I worked it out by changing the undergarments. Bust fit great. Wanted the waist a little more snatched. I ordered the 18. Could have done the 16.

Quality is great. The size was a bit snug, in the bust. I tend to be a bit above normal size 10. However I made it work. The fabric was beautiful and looks gorgeous on. Pockets were an unexpected bonus. I did not recall seeing that in the description when ordering. True red. The skirts multi color is fantastic. One drawback, the zipper was difficult to operate, its snuggly sewn the fabric. Just be careful.
